Good Evening my GUILD Familia! I wanted to share with you all this lovely article that features some of the recent work I have been doing in collaboration with Max Meyer, Scholastic and The Fort Wayne Museum of Art. Max Meyer started The Hope Gap Project as a means to engage inner city kids to further their artistic interests and encourage them to submit to the Scholastic Art and Writing Awards. As an Alum of the awards I was brought into the project to share my story with 4 inner city High Schools. It was an honor to share my story and see the positive impact it had on these young creative minds. It was a humbling and rewarding experience. Check it out when you can its a great read!

Note: The photograph above is from my portfolio that earned me my Scholastic Gold Medal Award.
